I live in Louisiana, and we FINALLY have a few sites available, so any advice on poker tools would be appreciated. I'm trying to get started cheap (only going to deposit $100-$150). I was too young when Black Friday hit so I have zero experience online.

Watch some videos and learn the basics of the game you will lose money at first if you think you are going to start winning from the beggining you are lying to yourself .
you can try getting the free trial of different HUDs to start up, that way , you get more comfortable in using one and you get to chose which one would suit your play style and budget.
Try Pokertracker, Holdemmanager2 and DriveHUD, that should give you 3 months worth of free trial.

On the moment is the Alpha version running of HM3. The beta version isn’t running yet, but maybe if the HM3 is running for everyone you get it the same way as HM2 now, but time will tell.
