I am having issues with Poker Stars today. My sessions are very laggy and error in the reporting.

No problems for me on the moment. Do you have still some issues with PokerStars today?

My thought is that the laggy issue is from latest windows 10 update. But I still see a bug with stack size issue

They fucked up the stack sizes yeah. Basically highest and lowest are switched. It's been like this since previous update. Will probably remain untill next update 
Nothing to really worry about right?
