How do you guys play this? Do you just treat his minbet as a check and raise it up, do you call, what do you do?

I don't mind treating it as a check and raising it up , it certainly cant be bad vs any player pool ive seen in these spots. But i prefer to do it with say ATs+,KQs,KTs,QTs,AQo,ATo,KQo,KTo,QTo , You can also use backdoor flush draws

I don't think your raise is bad but it's likely not a hand id choose to do it with , i at'least want some decent equity vs all his pp's and 8x

You can do whatever you like here. I would probably lean more towards raising with K high and would just call most all A highs because I actually think you have some decent SD value. But yeah, you can probably raise here with ATC and have it be +EV.
