I have been playing on Titan Poker for the whole year but since a couple of months I am no longer receiving strategy points. I dont know why? Now I am no longer able to watch videos and I would really like to take part in the Gemstone Promotion starting in January, but without receiving points it will be impossible.

Apologies for the lack of StrategyPoints on Titan Poker. We have been experiencing issues with receiving correct data from the partner room. This is a technical issue and fixing it requires time & effort.
As Titan is a part of the Gemstone and CashPoint promotions, we need the reporting up and running to be able to assign the prizes to all those who choose to play on Titan Poker. Therefore it's our priority to get things back to normal as soon as possible. We are on it, thanks for your patience (it's been a long time already).
