JJ in a 3 bet pot on a low car board

Not sure about taking back initiative T. IMO you only isolate against better hand, and your hand is not strong enough to make the pot bigger.

I’m most likely nitty, but I would even consider folding pre-flop with JJ after the 3bet. It depends a lot of what kind of stats and reads we have on the MP2 3better. Also we don’t close the action with still the original raiser behind us and if the MP2 likes to 3bet a lot you can also 4bet out of position I think.

As played I would most likely lead the flop instead of the turn for thin value and protection on a wet board like this and as played I would check/call the turn most of the time.

X/c turn otherwise bet smaller

Pre I can agree with both calling and 4betting. Against tight guys folding might not be a big mistake either.
OTF you might be ahead and board is drawy. There is a big risk everyone checks so I think leading there would be an option.
As played I see no reason to donk OTT. Just check call there.

If we assume you check call OTT and villain 3barrels and shoves OTR, theoretically you have to call 60% of your showdown value range.
However, with JJ you block many straight draws and your Js blocks some flush draws too. Villain 3bets pre and 3barrels so he is probably very strong (and at micros I think 3barrel bluffs are not very common). You also would play with very narrow ranges and villain has a range advantage here. So I think you could make an exploitative fold.

We are both a little bit deep, so calling is ok preflop.
We can donk flop, to avoid 3 checks and seeing turn cheap.
As played, we can xc turn and that is all we can invest in this hand. We cannot stand a 3 barrel.

IMO depends on sizing. But if villain mostly passive player vs 3 barrel fold is not a mistake. However at this limit vs low sizing you definitively find some ppl overplaying Tx there.
