Hi,
I'm a recreational poker player playing mostly on 888poker.The reason i play there is because of their promotions which are designed for rec players like me,but last year they banned me from participating in any of their promotions.The reason?
From time to time they would email me with special ofter if i deposit giving me some tournament tickets which i really liked i almost always deposited,but because i didn't play enough i guess (there wasnt a wager requerement stated) they decided that im taking advantage of their promotions and banned me from participating in them.
I think they should have been wary looking at my stats that i dont play that often and dont give me those ofters,just dont ban me from taking part in freerolles and stuff like that.
After that i played on the site and few times when they had problems with their servers i lost a lot of tournaments just sitting out because of that,i emailed them every time saying i want my money back or unban me from promotions at least with hand histories as a proof their support decided not to return my emails.
I really think they should reconsider that ban....

all i want is to be able to participate in promotions dont give me those deposit promotions in my email because i dont understand how much do you want me to play in order to be worth for you
so will i get a response this year or you will ignore me like you did when i lost a lot of money when your server was bad and i should have been reimbursed?no offence but you have the slowest support of any poker sites
