Hi,
Yesterday I've recieved e-mail from 888 poker support informing me that they will no longer offer their service to players from Slovenia from 16th January 2017. Great, another big poker room pulling out of Slovenia, after Pokerstars did this in 2016. I guess others will follow soon.
I'm just a recreational player, playing maybe few hours per week, so it won't affect me. It just doesn't seem fair to players from Slovenia.
If it is not due to local laws, I would have to assume it is due to lack of profits.
What else could it be 
really funny I haven't received any kind of email stating this, lol, looks like they cant even notify us all at the same time...

....legal reasons....our country doesn't allow online gambling, they are dicking around because our bet provider(which country owns) is losing money because of other sites that offer betting,at least they think that way, because in reality bettors bet everywhere they can and not just on one country owned betting room,people are going to Croatia to bet because of better odds and no tax whatsoveer.....so now shit came into affect after 8+ years, because despite malta being regulator for all the EU, location laws prevail so now they are coming up with a license for online gaming which will probably take another 8+ years, and from poker they got nothing and a lot of slo player play poker, we have on ebig casino that offers poker and they want us to lure there and fil the big minus hole of slo casino hit group(probably the only casinos in the world with - every year..., they are just blocking us, taxing us, and fucking us up on every corner, those jappi nerds in suits that had no life or friends ever in their life now they fuck with the rest of us people so we cant do what we want, and all winnings that came from poker were spent in our fucking country and tax from this spending went to national cash register....they dumb stupid and braindead....and that's where we are now in a so called grey area ....now ipokers and partypoker is only thing left(I heard winamax is pulling also from our country).
Surely longterm it is better to support your own country than play companies that live in tax free havens and pay no tax and just make money for their fatcat investors? no?
