iPoker - £0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 3 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

SB: 39 BB (VPIP: 71.43, PFR: 14.29, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 7)
BB: 106.5 BB (VPIP: 100.00, PFR: 100.00, 3Bet Preflop: 100.00, Hands: 4)
Hero (BTN): 248 BB

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 9♥ A♦

Hero raises to 3 BB, SB raises to 7 BB, fold, Hero calls 4 BB

Flop: (15 BB, 2 players) A♥ 5♣ 3♥
SB bets 32 BB, fold,

Preflop? How to calculate my calling 3bet range?
Flop? Looks like higher ace for me, too costly to catch bluff

Definitely do not call the 3bet here.
You can't just calculate your calling range. You need to figure out villains 3betting range first and then use software like Equilab and Flopzilla to analyze different hands in your range, how much equity you have, what kind of playability your hands have and how often you hit flops etc..

Now villain is shortstacker and looks passive. I guess his 3bet is strong and he will be often playing postflop aggressively with his short stack.

Preflop just fold vs the 3b. You have posted previous hands where you call light and we told you not to do so.
Do not call.
Watch w34z3l's series about ranges.
On flop you can fold too.
