We are currently experiencing some problems with TitanPoker strategy points.
No points will be lost, but we need the data to be reported to us in the correct format.

How can I know how many SPs I have when the system is corrupted? I know I need 7500 SPs for red Diamond which is 2500 usd rake. But titan poker runs in euro and pound currency... Will support on titan tell me how many usd I have raked? This rly sucks when I cant look at both data from HM and here SPs and see where I do stand at.
Yeah I have contacted support of titan poker and they donΒ΄t know how many USD I have raked... They just told me how many Titan poker points I got this month... And on their website there is this tab with points.
So if I understand it well if support would told me that I have 40 000 Titan points it means that if I divide it by 20 I will get my "golden" rake number. So 40000/20 = 2000USD raked. Is this correct???
I would calculate it same way,, but not sure if its 100% right to calculate it that way:f_ugly: and as you say Titan support will not tell you how much you raked, i tryed also to ask them 
This all is rly bad when I cant even have the right formula for calculating how much do I need to play. Well I aim for 50 000 titan points which is 2,5k eur rake so that should be enough.
Hey, just a small update that we have fixed the StrategyPoints issue on Titan Poker and it should all be working now.
