When the board paired You should not feel that. :)
It is ok as played.

I would never raise with a flush on a paired board. I used to do that but not anymore
This hand is fine as played.

I think you could have made a bigger cbet on flop, maybe something between 2/3 to 3/4 of the pot.
But as played, i would do play the same. And for sure im not reraising the river, simply because worse hands most likely fold while better hands will stack you off!
