PLO $ 2 - KhKc5s5c - Should have played differently?

Pre-Flop - is it ok to play by stack with this hand?

Flop - Because he's short, I believe c-bet / call is the best option. How would you play?

With top set on a board like that you can’t ever fold against a short stack. Even against a straight you have enough outs to hit a full house.

It's like I thought .... Never fold there, maybe the two being too deep, the hand being played differently. But it was as it was.
