SB: $35.11 (140.4 bb)
BB: $29.57 (118.3 bb)
UTG: $25.35 (101.4 bb)
MP: $30.97 (123.9 bb)
CO: $26.32 (105.3 bb)
Hero (BTN): $30.11 (120.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with Q♦: A♦:
UTG raises to $0.75, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.75, SB folds, BB raises to $3.70, UTG folds, Hero???

Preflop: UTG is tight (15/14), so I decided to just call AQs because I can't 3bet it for value vs him. BB plays 67/33 in 9 hands and looks quite aggressive in the sample size. I would generally call a squeeze, but not sure is it better to call (or 4bet bluff) vs this size which is quite huge for my standards.

I would not bluff vs an aggressor. I would play for value and call the AQs here. If BB is aggressive, he might have a wider range so you are ahead in equity and we are IP. We don't need to bluff raise on many board textures and we can call off hands that hit us.

Call and play cautious postflop is ok.
