Why do you 3b preflop? You can call and play IP.
Why don't you stop playing when you know that you are tilted?

I 3b to put pressure on, i have a blocker and if we get called its not the worst. :|

It is ok that you watch videos but this doesn't mean that you should follow all that is shown unless you completely understand how to play this hand postflop.
You can call and play IP.
If you get called you are behind...

Yes, you're right. I really need to brush up on 3bet pots, i really struggle.

Start with a small range and when you feel confident playing it, then expand it a little. And so on.

Vs 3bb open this would be a standard 3bet bluff for me. Vs 2.5 I tend to widen my ranges and this turns into a call.
I believe villain would quite often 4bet AK from these positions so I guess postflop was played fine.
