I will ask you, Mansion users, directly.
Do you use PokerStrategy Elephant HUD on Mansion?
Is it working?
If yes, what setting did you use?

Thanks for help.

I've done it in 2 minutes with NO problem at all.
You can do database back up like I did, if you are afraid.
(Under settings/database management).

I just uninstalled, deleted that folder and install it back, entered license code and it started working immediately. No importing hands, no creating database, no waiting time. Nothing.
2 minutes top with no database backup.

"Please notice that you have to know the name, username and password of your Elephant database to regain access to it after the new installation."

Where do I see this? or is it unimportant?

I had no problem with that at all...
No need for any password/username or database name.

Like I said, i've done like this.
1. Uninstall
2. Delete folder in c:/documents and settings/admin...
3. Install
4. Enter license password
5. Play

If you have WIN XP, folder is here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\PokerStrategy

If you are not administrator, then it's under you username instead of \Administrator\

edit: I just remembered something.
Maybe you can't find it because you have checked option "hide hidden folders".
To disable this go to
My Computer/Tools/Folder Options/Chose tab "view"/ and under "Hidden files and folders" check "Show hidden files and folders".

Will reply about this in both threads
