My opponent was a decent reg (21/20 stats over ~700 hands).

The defend pre is mandatory for sure.

For some strange reason, the convertion of this hand went somehow wrong, I did not bet 2/3 but 1/2 otf.

I bet the flop because I think that he will c/f here a decent amount of the time because the flop hits my perceived BB-defending range pretty hard I suppose.

When he check/calls I think he has most likely a Jx hand like AJ, QJ or JT. He could also have pocket pair. I do not think that QT is so likely because it would be strange if he did not c-bet having hit an OESD...

I hit my ace on the turn but do not see any point in betting as I do not assume to get called by worse hands...

When he pushes the river I am anything but delighted. Do we bluffcatch here? I do not think that he would turn Jx hands or pockets into a bluff... AJ got there on the turn, all A8+ hands beat us...

I guess he most likely holds AJ, 55 or some slow-played Kx...

Do you think he is ever bluffing here?

Cheers.

P.S.: His Postflop Aggression Facor is only 1,5. As a comparison: Mine is around 2,4, having 23/21 stats... Not too sure how to interprete this, any suggestions highly appreciated as well as any feedback on the hand in general.

You can consider to 3bet bluff this hand, but I would only do this if he folds a lot on 3bets.
As played I would most likely check back the flop with A high and then bet the turn for value with top pair. I don’t think a bet on flop will work that much on a dry board like this.
