Hi all,

It has been a long time when i have placed a hand here.
But with the goals for this year i need to do it more.

I was playing hot 1,10 we are already ITM...
And the hand below happend.
What do you think of my shove on that river??? In my opion is looks very bluffie on this board. And expecially when UTG+2 checks the turn....

Let me know...:f_drink:

Its hard to get a call if you shove, QJ is happy obv but i would bet like 7300 ors and hope to see a bluffshove with busted flushdraw or some Kx hands. QJ is still good hand to bluff the flop tho but its a 1$ game and top pair is nuts so shove is not that bad.

First, I have moved your hand to the hand discussion forum, because it fits better here. I would most likely go for a small value bet on the river to like 6k and call a shove. Now you get only action of a straight and sets most likely.

Cheers,

If villain is like a 43/3 player (which you have alot in the hot 1.1), I cbet this board. No matter what, this board hits our range better than it hits his. With only one overcard and heads up, I'd cbet here. He'll fold alot of his equity vs us (AJ, AQ, QJ, ...) + there are alot of turn cards that scare us so I don't mind picking up the pot right here. As played I'm not folding flop either but I prefer to raise flop myself.
From that point on, we can only discuss the hand as played. The river is like a gincard for us. We're beat by KK, QJ and 78). 78s would make sense. The other hands don't make too much sense. So I'd bet small to get a call from a king, maybe a 9 or something else that finds a herocall. If he shoves over our bet, I don't fold. We basically have the third-ish nuts and by betting small, we induce the player to shove over our bet with for example a busted flushdraw.
