OTF: betting for value, no draws, keeping smallish.
OTT: as he calls OTF, I put him on the Tx, or medium pocket. With that in mind I find that Q might scare him, so decided to check to induce his bet OTR.
OTR: as planned he bets, I just call, as if he is on TP or second pair he wont call any raise anyway.

Bet turn, because some straight draws are out there and flush draws as well. As played we face tough decision OTR, which we would prevent from happening if we bet OTT :).
