Playing on 10NL Zoom on Pokerstars, sometimes hands are not saving into my PT4, like occasionally I will lose a hand despite the majority saving and working fine. I have noticed this problem occurring more frequently as of late as I will go to open the Pokerstars instant hand history reviewer because I want to write notes on opponents, tag them, etc. however the hand history isn't there, it completely disappears and am unable to find it even if i look through the instant hand history reviewer and then I will go look into PT4 and the hand is not there either. Is this a problem with my PT4 or a glitch on Pokerstars end? If so is there anyway I can fix this as it negates the point of PT4 as on occasions I have lost hands in big 3bet pots.

That sounds weird, but I’m sure the PokerTracker supporter can help you better. That’s why I have moved your thread to the PokerTracker board. This way he will help you faster.

There is an issue with the latest PokerStars update where it is not writing all hand history files to your computer. This primarily seems to be an issue with Spin & Go games with 6x + multipliers and Zoom games. Until PokerStars resolve that you can request your hand histories again from PokerStars and import them into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) to capture any missed hands.
