i think standart calling range here is something like 99+, AQs, AKo.
But what if the MP3 is a maniac? 49/33 and 3bet 23; 94 hands
What is the calling range here?

With a maniac in the hand you shouldn't limp in to begin with in that position. You know a raise is coming, and K high isn't a monster. The rest of the pack may also pick up a hand, so it is not the time for confrontation.

Re-reading your OP I see that you loosen up because of the presence of the maniac behind you. It is exactly the wrong idea. Also, consider raising when you enter a pot.

I would still keep to a tight range of JJ+, AQ+

I'd maybe be even tighter and wait because you know if you get a monster hand you will have a good chance to double up.I don't mind the raise and fold to a shove, it gives the impression than you will fold to a shove meaning he is more likely to shove again while you have waited for AA,KK. Your just letting out some line before you reel the fish in, (of course it's frustrating if someone reels them in first but I'd rather wait and have a great chance to double up.

It’s interesting that villain is over shoving in a spot like this. That could change his range a little bit and we could maybe even remove hands like QQ+ out of his shoving range. I think your calling range isn’t too bad with 99+, AQs, AKo. He can easy shove mid pairs and AJ+ here based on his aggressive stats and maybe even wider.

Cheers,
