Is my Oesd+top pair enough to bet on turn in this 3-way pot?

I think so, after the flop gets checked through your TP+OESD is very often the best hand.

Definetely, you have a semi-made hand and an okay draw. Even if your hand doesn't improve you still have SD-value. So I just bet about $0.50 on the turn.
