Pre I usually disregard the limper and would treat this as BBvSB -> would be a 3bet. But I'm not sure how correct that is. And now that SB isoraises quite big I think calling might be good as well?
OTT you need 30% equity to call. Maybe with some implied odds that is close. I believe you have a call there but not completely sure :)

I would 3b here too preflop.
OTT it is hard but can call, I guess.

i would 3b pre, you can guess hands sb is iso. X/C flop is ok but his range looks pretty strong too mw .
on the turn it depends, if he has any just any bluffs there consistent with iso, if he is bf vs jam(u dont have much fold equity there since you have not many nutted hands), if you call you are basically only stacking off on h, a queen, maybe an ace????? its pretty close, but i guess it all start pre and from plan when calling that flop
