I would just call pre. You are IP and you have to call only 2.5bb to see the flop and suited connectors usually benefit from higher stack to pot ratio. So imo this would be better as a call.

The board is scary but I really would expect villain to bet the river with nuts (Ax). Imo you could make a thin valuebet there to get value from sets and 2 pair hands.

Why do you 3b preflop? Our hand is perfect for calling and there should be a specific reason for raising. Your hand sample is good enough.
I like it postflop.

I'm 3betting SC as deceptive to play for a bigger pot in position. Also I think that his callto3bet range in this spot at least don't dominate my range And I have a often playable hand postflop.

The problem with your hand is that you will hit mostly draws and medium pairs. What do you think, do they need big pots?

Yep they don't need big ports thinking it wisely, is true that if I'd be at SB,BB 1vs1 against villain BTN OR I would three bet as a bluff, maybe having the chance if flop is dry to donk 1/2 pot to outplay him, thinking about he is going to fold a lot of hands of his range to the original 3bet

Just to convince you:
I checked suggested ranges from 3 coaches and PokerSnowie and all of them would call suited connectors BBvSB.

In these positions you can mix call with 3b.
