I am studying more than i did in february so far, but 1-1 ratio seems to be an overkill but i will get like a 3-1 ratio, that should be fine for my situation at the moment

what stats do you want to know? I do not want to get to much of my personal preference to the public ♦

I played 20/16 the last couple of thousand hands since my last coaching and since i reworked my ranges (i was nitty as fuck before, especialy when things went bad)

I will be posting plenty of difficult spots I will face "on my way to glory" ♦

Big money isnt won by jamming AA vs KK, Big differencemaker are the small pots where we have to decide what the best line against our oponnents would be. So thats pretty much todays topic.

My thoughts
Hand 1 i just raised because the blinds where very passive and i can outplay the fish alot of the times.
i think i got maximum value, i cannot raise turn without him folding weaker and calling better hands so i made him do the job on the river and if im ahead i got max value out of him.

Hand 2:
Pretty much exact same spot. I could have barreled the turn because i think he gets more sticky with overs when the board pairs. I thought about it quite some time. after a while i checked because i thought calling his raise on the river is more ev over a longer time. River was a snapcall

Hand 3:
Thisone is tough, I could be drawing dead from river but I think even agaisnt 2 players i will win more often than required to Breakeven. (which is not really often)

I encountered one really really interesting (and lucky!) hand! This hand seems to be easy to play on the first glimps but I wasted at least 20 braincells while figuring out what the best +ev line would be on the river. well here is the hand!

I thought about the especialy. I loved it when another green card came on the river! Mainly because i block the ace!
But I am not sure if my approach was right.

well as played i dont really think he had a high green card in his hand. but did i deny myself ev if he did?
if i would just keep raising 70% of pot i would have won a few more chips if i get called.

On the other hand, if he had no green card he would just have folded and not "bluffed" at me!

and another question on this self-playing hand (you see even those hands are very interesting) which comes in handy only 0.000000000000000000000000000001% of the time!

is my jam on his riverbet + or - ev?
will we only get called when he has a straighflush or does anyone ever call my jam with anything else?
I mean at least after that my hand should be kinda obvious ♦

hey, I played Warcraft 3, Starcraft 2 at a decent level and more recently CS:GO to Supreme (that was like my last goal before i could leave that game behind),
nowadays i only play wc3 teamgames very very casually and rocket-league, but only to relax after some hardcore poker sessions ♦

I quitted SC2 half a year ago (Made Europe GM in 16,season 4 I think ) to pursue poker (Not much left in SC2 after David Kim becomes head of game balance designer )

Poker is almost like SC2 but not adaptive can be a problem.It shouldn't be a problem to crush nl2+.

Started to play poker on 16 Summer. Now doing okay in poker, still need to practice, learn and improve quite a bit.

i havent touched sc2 in like 2 years

so today after running aa vs kk and lost it (i know even if it was the other way around it would not make a difference, that stuff just happens and will balance out) and the feeling of not being capaple of being able to win a single hand after 50!!!!!! hands!! i decided to lay off for another complete day and hopefully start fresh tomorrow.

My tilt problems got soooo much better in the last few weeks, but i reached a point where i am just a timebomb.
My mindset is wrong and I ve been trying to fix it, but i only can make it for a small period of time.
To control damage best atm I just have to play less!

Tomorrow My plan is to grind 2k hands (4 hours of play). I will reply if i could keep my (A) game up for that long

Well as it turned out it was still a good day.
Tournament won a 30$ touranment over at 888.
I bought 50% of his action, he bought 50% of mine, i busted within 10 minutes, he finished first for a 2080$ score.

And everything just because of the 888 treasure quest bonus which gave us 30$ we had to turn around today guess turning around went well ♦

so after reading all day long about how to value bet in the micros i finally got into a spot i could use all my gathered knowledge!

Yeah same whale, same session, same table. I stacked him off like 5-6 times (positive variance this time he didn't suck out me) in 3 hours. We were left heads up in a SH table and I think villain has mental issues. All the plays were like this, ORC 3bb, Cbet flop/turn, then If I had nuts (or 2nd nuts) I went allin and I just got called. Was like a dream! The guy was multitasking so I got him in another table tilted against me paying nuts with his stack!

First day in March was like February ended. I played fairly well, nothing seemed to work but all in all i am confident and my day was OK.
-3,5 buy-ins tho

recent past of my cash game history. Including alot of set-ups which did not impact EV.
My mind is still good for february, I did not have tilting spots. I am playing fairly well and have just to get through it all together.
I didnt even face any spots noteworthy. Hopefully I will run into some interesting hands to share here soon

my girlfriend got the flue since last sunday and I woke up sick today, too.
Hopefully both of us will get will until Sunday where we go on a small trip to relax (our x-mas present for each other)

Hit Tilt-Stop for the 2nd consequtive day. I still feel like I can play good poker but I will stop for today so I wont fuck things up like I did in February
