think raise to 280k is better and see how he react to it cuz with this min raise he is just going to call with most of his 3bet range trying to catch

Pre-flop seems fine and on the flop I would raise also more. I think if you make it 3x you get more value and protection against his leading range and then you can easier shove the turn as well if he’s calling.
