SB: $10 (100 bb)
BB: $19.46 (194.6 bb)
Hero (UTG): $16.28 (162.8 bb)
MP: $15.57 (155.7 bb)
CO: $10.07 (100.7 bb)
BTN: $7.42 (74.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K♦: A♣:
Hero raises to $0.30, MP calls $0.30, 2 folds, SB raises to $1.10, BB folds, Hero ?????

SB: 16/14/8.9/6 583 hands
vpip/pfr/tot3b/totsqz

MP:39/32/50/13(52) 1.9k hands
vpip/pfr/totf3b/cc mpvsep (hands)

This is a spot that happens many times, and i am bit confused about possibilities: if i flat im very likely to play OOP 3 way, if i 4b can i actually 4b fold here? whats closer to be a better option here?

MP is a fish and SB may squeeze lighter here. His size is small. You should 4b and defend with this hand.
No folding...

Annoying spot. Sometimes I might just call and hope to hit something but I'm not sure if that is good because you would be playing OOP in a sandwich.
4betting seems reasonable but I'm not sure if we can comfortably stack off, if villain shoves he probably most often has KK+?

If you 4bet to like $2,50-$3 you have still room to fold if he shoves, but I think 4betting is better than ending up in a sandwich with the fish in position.

If we do not 4b this Hand then we will be very tight and predictable.

he 3bets alot. he knows MP is fish and prolly wants to be in a pot with him!
What is his SB 3 bet? whats his fold to 4b?

If you 4b, more often than not fish will call which induces SB to come along with 100% of his squeeze/3b range. So alot of the times a simple call would give you the same result and you can play some poker on the flop.

If you see the possibility of the fish folding, id 4b/stack off 50% of the time and 4b/fold the other 50%

can reason this a bit further? since its 10nl and regs dont have a 5 bet bluff range in that spot

no sample SBvsUTG, fold t 4b% 100 over 4 hands

since you talk about balance, what do you propose as a 4b range UTG vsSB sqz?

Min 4-bet to prevent the sandwich, play poker. It sucks getting 3-bet when you open UTG and get an MP call, but SB is still 3-betting probably too much in this spot, so take initiative back for value, while leaving your options open and preventing the fish sandwich.

His 3b stat is irrelevant a bit. Look at the Squeeze stat.

I am not talking about balance only. You miss value by not defending.
QQ + AK is obligatory.
