Stats are only based on 18 hands (39/28/3bet 25) and I don’t think you can give him credit for KK+ alone on the flop and I would stack off for sure or you have some reliable reads on him and that’s unlikely.

Imo there are no hands that would make perfect sense. He probably would shove KK+ pre. He probably shouldn't call 99.
Still I think 99 is the most likely hand and there still might be some slowplayed AA in his range.

I don't think he should be shoving very often as a bluff because he doesn't have so good fold equity. Hero needs only 25% equity to call.
I don't know what hero's 4betting range is but thoretically hero has to defend about 50% of his range here. QQ might not be in that range and even if it was I think we can adjust and overfold because villain probably isn't balanced but is value heavy?

On this board your range should be a lot stronger than villains. I think you could even check OTF or if you bet, bet it could be smaller. You can easily get it all in by the river even if you check because it is a 4bet pot. Betting is still fine though.
Calling villains shove looks tempting but QQ should be close to the bottom of our range here?

Why is it horrible? We are playing with narrow ranges here and we should assume villain knows this. I don't see villain shoving with many weaker hands.
The amount we have to call is small -> we have to defend a lot, but because our range is narrow QQ might not be in our defending range. That is if we look at this theoretically. And if we want to do some adjustments, I believe it should be to fold more, not call more.
