I 3betted the loose player in the button so he drops everything worse than AT, 99?. BB went along and with the queen OTT I 3betted him because i didn't want a club in the river and I wanted to be committed at that point.

This is a must c-bet on the flop, you want to get value from your hand. Since it's 3 way and it's 2nl it is very likely someone is going to pay you off. Bet/Bet/shove.

Pre: standard 3bet for me, but if you think villain is calling only AT and 99+ you are dreaming. A good player should be defending enough and since his opening range should be wide I would expect him to call almost any pocket pair, almost all AXs hands, some suited connectors and probably all suited broadways. Also this guy is shortstack 32/18 and looks like he likes calling.

So I can agree with the 3bet but your reason was wrong imo.

OTF I would just start betting small even if the board is dry. They have pocket pairs and some draws that will call. When you check the flop and check the turn you are slowplaying and trapping which I don't like. Now your raise looks bluffy which is ok of course, but I feel like you will lose value on the long run by just checking there.
