The answer is no.

This is a 3bet pot and almost all flush draws villain could have are blocked. When he raises OTF and shoves OTT I think it is clear that you are most of the time against sets and 2pair.
You can't call an overbet OTT with just a flush draw, I think it is clear you don't have enough equity. And you should consider that your other outs (A and Q) are dead.

Mmm we cannot call the turn. Raise F, push T is a serious line and we cannot call.
If he did this with weaker hand - good for him. Just make a note.

It is indeed a tough spot because you have quite some equity. However, your absolute had strength is TP and I think we can't call this one down.
