Call flop, fold turn is normal play.
But vs a small bet...maybe you can Call?
Though I have seen QQ-KK played this way.

Yes villain can play strong hands like this too. But against this size we would theoretically have to defend over 80% of our range to not be exploitable. But I don't still hate folding. Imo both options are ok.

I am playing Nl10 aswell. This small bet on turn mean "I don't have strong hand and if you raise me I will fold", OR, "I need money from my nuts and don't want you to fold, so i will bet small size"' imo.

May be he is looking for a cheap draw with his spades, i'd call.

We have to bear in mind that we have 2 outs and call is a bit optimistic.

I am not saying to call to draw to a set, I just call for if he has a flush draw and when it misses on the river he will probably check, then we can check behind and take it down.

Have you tried raising or jamming the villain's small bet? Looks like a pair below ace.

If you call on the turn, you should be turning your hand into a bluff on certain rivers (spades, 9/T). Theory aside, raising the turn is probably pretty +EV.
