How often will he just call pre with JJ+? Would he call with a draw when you 3bet shove the flop?
Those are quite critical questions when we are thinking if 3bet shove is optimal. You have a strong hand but if villain won't call your shove without a set, I'm not sure if it is any good.
I guess he can have some slowplayed overpairs and QcJc might be broke here too. So maybe just shoving is not terrible.

Villain is raising mw , so pushing is not that good.

I would advocate against opening 9Ts at UTG... What do you do faced with 3bet?

Yes, well i had put him on a range of overpairs/nutdraws (flush and/or straight)/set.
But indeed a raise on the flop on those limits is often a set only line.

That is a standard open for me and for many other too. Vs a 3bet I wold fold that one.

It is standard for me too. You do not have to defend your whole range vs 3b.
Fold and move on.
