Hey bois and girls,

I'm on a two week vacation so I thought I should play some poker. Signed up on 888 on Sunday, made a fresh deposit and had a good couple hours of fun.

Yesterday (Monday) I couldn't log in due to my account beeing temporarily disabled. First thought was that I may have ran too good for a newb :f_cool: but nah, all they wanted is some verification (copy of ID and copy of any credit card that I used to deposit).

All fine and dandy, verification is good to keep em kiddos out (although I dunno why this aint part of the regristration or first deposit, the Acc-Disabled Message is a little shocker).

In the FAQ's it says, that they'll send a Mail with further Instructions which they did. There's a link in the mail which propably intends to take ya to a verification site, sadly though it's a dead one... which isnt much help...

So I wrote the support guys immediatly (~24-30h ago) and got no message yet. Not even a mail indicating that my ticket was sent to them (97% sure I added the right mail in the ticket).

So I got a couple questions regarding 888:

1) Did anyone else ever get Temp Disabled? (Prolly huh)

2) If so, did your verification link work? I tried forwarding the mssage to three different mail providers, all with the same result.

3) Does anyone know, if you get a receipt via mail after you send a support ticket? Because if so, I prolly misspelled my mail -_-

4) Does anyone know the usual response time of the support team?

Cheers and thanks for any help in advance.

Ohh Edit:

I just saw that you can send the verification via MMS (which is prolly f**** expensive across europe. (or from europe to britain huhuh))

5) Anyone ever had a Temp Disabled Acc and verified via MMS? Does that really work?

Hey Smarrito,

A standard response time for 888 support is about 72 hours. Have you heard anything back yet?
