I would cbet here, 1/2 pot i think that is enough because he probably misses this flop and you don't want to give a free card and there are a some that it's gonna devalue your hand.

1. The higher the middle card, the better it is for you to bet
Q9X > Q6X: Opponent will have more midpairs you can value bet against -> Your equity lead is larger on Q9X

2. How often does your opponent raise? And when he raises, does he do it with thin value raises (QX)?
If he raises with a polarized range of draws or 2p+, then you can very comfortably bet/call here. If he is raising a ton of QX, it would be really difficult for you to bet/call TT.

3. How wide is he calling?
If he is often calling random crap, then you should bet often for thin value and protection

4. How often is he bluffing the Turn?
If he has the tendency to lead, you should check Flop and call T, and call most blank rivers

A quick tip would be to bet some of the time vs a strong player, and usually check vs fishy players as they tend to bluff turn too often, and also thin value raise flop a lot.
