AQs 3 betting unknown but unskilled player

Villain maniac alike. But I think OOP was going to be tough to keep in the pot so I folded to avoid a complicated spot.

Well since villain is shortstack maniac I think you could just push with AQs sometimes? You say he is a maniac so I assume he is capable of 4bet bluffing and might go broke with JJ,TT or something like that?
If you feel like he is going to 4bet you often, I wouldn't 3bet in the first place.

Villain is more unknown than a maniac...
If he seems active to You, do not 3b but just call preflop.

But surely, this is strong enough to 3-bet with vs BU open? (Hey, I thought I was the tight guy in the blinds:))

After getting 4-bet, I think we have a mathematical push versus his small stack.

Yea normally I would 3bet this, but if villain is maniac with a short stack I'm not sure if we should start bullying with this hand. I'm still not super comfortable with going broke with AQs. Although it can't be very bad here.

easy push every time. this guy is short, and he's also surely shipping wider than your average higher stake regs where AQ is a decent push
