Hit Straight OTR

My thoughts about this hand:

Because villain checks back both flop and turn, he probably won't have a monster hand. I'm pretty sure that he would've bet any ten, any flush and pocket 88 on the flop or on the turn.

Now you hit your straight, I would only be afraid of your opponent having 99, so I think a raise would be fine on the river since you look pretty weak by checking three times and I think he will call lots of hands that you have beat, for example JJ+, AQ+, which are in his range.

Villain is making a standard 3x 3b and you should fold preflop. The fact that you are both deep makes your hand even worse as you can lose even more money...
When villain is checking postflop we can attack on turn or river.

This is interesting, as I thought the bigger the stacks the better it is to call with hands like these to try to hit a straight.

Would you call PF if the hand had been suited?

When deep you can call with pp and SCs.

You could call with JQs too depending how disciplined you are, but JQo is to loose.

I would fire the turn, opponent hasn't showed aggression and you pick up equity.

You must consider just folding pre-flop, you could've tried marking him off by two bets (turn and river)
