Let's do a hand reading exercise here to figure what BTN has, because I think you should shove the Turn.

Consider that BTN only flatted the UTG open preflop, so I doubt BTN has AA, KK, or AK (He would 3bet those hands most likely).

Now consider that BTN bet the flop and then called your large raise. I'd be surprised if he called with a gutshot such as QJ. He probably has Ax or TT. Maybe he could have KT, QT, JT.

So what could he possibly have that bets pot on the Turn after you check? TT is the only reasonable hand that beats you, and your check on the Turn has indicated weakness, so Ax could also play the Turn this way hoping that he can get better Ax to fold.

Now I'd shove on the Turn, because AT, A5, and KT are probably going to call. And he might still think that AJ is good enough to call as well

When mw we can take initiative. I myself also felt for it 2 weeks ago and I lost a lot of value vs a lower set. When bet yourself, you can build the pot as well. Just remember, big pots for big hands is your goal players only donate money to you in terms of just not pressing the 'fold button'. We should indeed call turn here as we have enough equity and we can re-draw. What hands do you think villain could have here?

I would have bigger sizing CR OTF, ensure you can shove by the river.

I prefer c/r than leading as UTG is likely to be CBetting A high rainbow flop, you get some extra value from the BTN if he wants to call with a 10 or weak A.

Bet turn/shove river.

Min bet seems fishy. They either have nothing and you get no value anyway, or they have an A and you want to get 3 streets of value. I wouldn't worry about being beat here, every now and then you will be but most of the time you get 3 streets from an A

Now i saw how i played wrong. I definitely had raise bigger and bet OTT because only be beat by TT or QJ.
I think this hand is reflex of my mental game, when i running bad I lose my confidence in the game and this is reflected in the tables

Bet the full pot. Some villains do this sleazy move to get a turn card at a reasonable prize.
