I would bet more on the turn because there are too many flushdraws. How you play i call on the river unless you have some read about him but even against a passive player i would call

QJo is a loose open I think, but as played I don’t see a reason to bet in 2 players with only 6 clean outs for a straight on the flop. I would try to keep the pot small and only bet with a made hand in a multi way pot. On the turn you could bet more, but as played I don’t see to many weaker hands then a straight or flush leading the river and I expect you only split or lose this hand and I would most likely fold this as well.
