A little bit of information about the opponents would be nice but in the absence of it I'm assuming it's 5 unknown players. It's actually a tricky one (folding JJ, right?) :P I would fold this for 16BBs and with 3 live players behind. It's really hard to play JJ post against such a 3bet and we still have to consider anyone else entering the pot. Save your chips, find better spots :f_thumbsup:

This is indeed a nasty hand without any information on the players. I would always push or fold this hand and against an aggressive player I would push and a tight player I would fold.
