Worst case scenario you are against set+fd and some of your straights are chopping. Against that you have almost 28% 3-way and 37 HU vs BB. I believe you cant fold.

Okay, but SB has only 78 BB, and we are 160 BB deep with BB.

I guess I fold this pretty much all day. Don't really want to put in 150bbs on the turn with zero fold equity vs a set having only 12bbs invested.

Yes, unfortunate but this would be -EV call.

You've in best case scenario 18 outs to hit your draw, that's 41%. You've to pay 13,32 to win 40,52 (as you don't have to go all-in and villain really can't fold so little behind whatever the river is), that's 33% eq needed.

But, you must take into account
-someone might have spades, so you might have only 14 outs, that is not enough to call
-there will be blockers to your outs, and worst case you end up slitting the pot or side-pot
-rake
