You can call for 2 streets. Should not fold an overpair on f+t.

The BB seems aggressive with 3betting. I would most likely go for a small 4bet and call his shove in a BTN against BB situation like this. As played I would stack off the turn with so much chips invested. If you call here you have only 37,75bb behind and then you need to call every river card as well with the odds you will get.

Cheers,

I might 4bet this pre too. As played JJ is probably your second best hand (TT is the best). So basically you would have to call this down. Or ship it OTT as SDK suggested.

Preflop: I think calling the 3-bet is problematic. There are just too many overcards that will come on most flops making life difficult. With QQ a call would be more attractive imo. Here I prefer a 4-bet. Whether this 4-bet should be small or AI is another matter (much more than 30 bb commits us, so "big" 4-bet is no option).

On the other hand, we do have position, so a call is not unreasonable. It is really up to you to judge if your postflop game is good enough (compared to this particular opponent) to make calling preferable over 4-betting.

I think that if you fold here, you fold too much. There are a lot of worse hands you can fold here, and BB seems to have wide 3-bet range. He is pretty aggressive so you should probably get it in preflop imo.
