Maybe my shove here was a little bit wide, because there is also another small stack behind?
I dont know if someone uses "sng wizzard" but I have problems with it, if I put one more hand in the range it changes a lot the result, maybe it's some bug.
Is the icmizer better or another similar program?

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a KK+ only spot.
Juk ICM spot.

You can see the SB 3bet as a shove and as 2nd in chips this is a tricky ICM spot for sure. If you check the Nash ranges you can only call with QQ+ in a spot like this and I wouldn’t be surprised that both players playing tighter then they should and then is KK+ a reasonable calling range. If this was a 9 man SNG the ICM would be even more ugly I think.

Cheers,
