Party Poker 2.00/4.00 Hold'em (6 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7♥, J♣.
UTG calls, 1 folds, CO calls, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (5.00 SB) 6♠, 7♦, 2♥ (5 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG calls, CO calls, Button folds, SB raises, Hero 3-bets, UTG folds, CO calls, SB caps, Hero calls, CO calls.

Turn: (9.00 BB) 5♥ (3 players)
SB bets, Hero folds, CO calls.

River: (11.00 BB) 8♥ (2 players)
SB checks, CO checks.

Final Pot: 11.00 BB.

Question here: should 3-bet the flop to force UTG and CO out of the hand? Whos equity am I pushing here? The checkraise from SB indicates a strong hand - at least Top pair with a good kicker.

1) bet turn. not the right spot to give freecards. too many worse hands out, that want to see the turn like AK or AQ or KQ

2) call the flop raise und take a look at the turn. I would C/F turn UI. the 5 gives an OESD vs 89 the str8. to many opponents that can outdraw u.
