Any Q is good enough against unknown villain, I do tighten up in this situation if I know he calls loose.
With 4BBs I push ATC.... ITM, shortstacked, double up/win the blinds/insert another coin and try again...
I might find a fold here. The other shortstack has only like 1 Bb more than you do so he might very well bust before you.. Playing for the win is a good thing but you have to be realistic sometimes and try to at least get the second, IMO.
