Squeezing JJ here starts to be a bit too loose for me. If you want to squeeze you can do it a bit bigger because there are 2 callers.
OTF you maybe could bet small (about 1/3) and then give up?

I will call preflop too. If CO was a fish, we can squeeze.
OTF bet small and fold vs aggression.

A barely-more-than 4x raise will fold out few. Once a player calls, the others have mandatory calls based on pot odds. Here UTG has opened, and may well have a strong hand. Would you 3-bet if it were UTG only in the pot? Many wouldn't. Much, much bigger or just call. (It surprises me that you actually did get a fold.)

If you bet flop, make a normal bet. There's no point in letting someone holding A♠:J♥: or 5♣:5♥: getting an extremely good price to stay around (given what you hold). There is no shame in checking and just calling a small bet either. The equity we have in this hand (40-45% is my guess BEFORE any further action) is counterfeited by the fact that it is totally impossible to realize that equity in the long run. Once someone shows interest, our equity drops at the same time as more money goes in. We will also be bluffed out often and can't do much about it.

If CO folds an BU calls, then move in on anything except

So by normal bet i assume you mean around 3/4 of the pot? Also interested why is 3 betting here so wrong UTG is 22/17 opening 19% from UTG when I run it trough equilab it shows I have 65% vs that range? How much bigger would you size the 3 bet?

Yes, normal bet would be 75%-100%. (Against one opponent it would be slightly lower.)

If UTG is 22/17, then he doesn't open 19% from UTG. The first number is more reliable than the last. (He might open 70% from button and 8% from UTG.) Equity (as given by Equilab) counts for little. It applies when you are all in. Here you are OOP and cannot realize your equity if it comes to a flop. By contrast, the player with position will realize more than the equity Eqilab shows preflop. (All this is on average.)

By raising 4x, since there two cold callers in between, the opponents will be offered excellent odds to call. I'd not raise at all because the raise size required to likely make this HU (or to take it down) is so big that the risk/reward ratio is too high to make it profitable IMO.

Other players are a lot more squeeze happy than me. They'd argue otherwise.

I would bet to 20 BB pre. On this flop continues for 80% of pot- b/f. On this limit I will stop my aggression on turn x/f and go to next hand.
