Flop: Yout bet is too big. 2/3 Pot would be enough against a single opponent, even with the flush draw on board. Against 3 opponents, it is correct to bet bigger, but 3/4 pot should be sufficient.
Turn: Your bet is WAY too small. Again, 2/3 Pot would be appropriate. Your small bet allows flush draws to call with the correct odds. On NL2, after villain's raise, your aces are beat, and your fold is correct.

With regards to the hand, it's best to use a hand converter so we can follow the action and analyze better. I think the flop bet was a bit too large. When mw, we want to bet lighter so weaker hands will call us off. I think folding OTT is fine since the board is paired and players will defend tighter when mw.

thanks so much for your advice that helped a lot. I am in general very unsure how much to bet after the flop because I have only read the NL beginners strategy and it does not talk at all about that. So I will keep in mind to go for 2/3 to 3/4 of the pot as a rule of thumb for now.

I tried to decipher some of your slang:

- I guess "villian's raise" is the check-raise the opponent did on the turn? It usually indicates a pretty strong hand?
- OTT means when a bet gets raised or re-raised?
- What does mw mean? Could not figure it out.

Yes, villain checked-raised on the turn indeed.
OTT = on the turn / OTF = on the flop / OTR = on the river
mw = multiway
xb = check back (when you are IP = in position)
xc = check call (when OOP = out of position)
etc.

There are indeed some more abbreviations, which are not official but you'll figure them out within a week most probably since you will get a feeling when you read some posts here

You can cbet flop lighter and bet on turn slightly bigger.
The turn raise can be because of your small bet.
You can call that raise from time to time.
