As a rule, whenever you are going to commit 1/3 or more of your stack preflop, just shove. Risking 35 to win 8.5 is good enough.

As played, this flop hits kinda hard their ranges but you need only 25% if you get called always. With the two overs and backdoor draws and their possible draws you are likely getting just enough equity. And ofcourse sometimes theres a miracle and they both fold. Good shove.

Should I have 3 bet less, 8 or 9bb? I just raised pot.

If it was a HU pot you can 3bet smaller. But when the MP1 calls theres simply too much chips out there and you really dont mind just picking them.
A smaller 3bet gives them really good odds. A large one commits you anyway.

Against 2 players I would shove pre-flop as well with the fold equity and equity we will have against both players. As played the flop shove seems optimistic against 2 players with our 2 over cards. I would choose the safe approach and try to get the change to improve our hand without risking my tournament life in a tournament I have a decent edge in.

Think i would 3 bet slight lower 12BB

When AK does hit it would just check checkfold and hope i can find a betrer spot with my 21BB
