Party Poker 1.00/2.00 Hold'em (6 handed) link

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♠, K♦.
UTG calls, 2 folds, Button calls, 1 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: (3.50 SB) Q♥, 2♥, 9♥ (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG calls, Button calls.

Turn: (3.25 BB) K♥ (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Button folds, Hero calls.

River: (5.25 BB) J♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 7.25 BB.

Villian is 58 / 18 / 2 so realy agressive. He could've bet his 2low-flush as well as his top pair ...

bye bye,
georg

You say it yourself, you don't know what hand exactly he has. So it's way ahead way behind, I think I would have played it the same way. Since he's so aggressive you have a decent chance of being still ahead imho.

I'd check/fold the turn. It's just too scary and the pot is way too small to call 2 more Bets from UTG.

Raise preflop is right but what about two opponents? There's just the very aggressive UTG.

You've got to keep in mind that UTG may be very aggressive, but he is betting oop and against another caller from the flop. This looks so very much like he has got the flush. If he was last to act and would have bet, that woud be another thing - but this bet oop indicates a flush imo.

Well, this might be a tough fold because he saw Hero betting the flop and checking on the turn before him when the board became 4-suited. I'm not sure about it, maybe I'm too loose in calling this down.

All I'm saying is that the pot is too small to make such a play. You've got 4 outs to the FH and you're investing 2 more bets to gain 5,25BB (potsize on the showdown minus your 2 bets). You've got to be ahead almost every third time to make those 2 calls correct.

@hotte that check preflop was a misclick not a out-of-mind-error, no worry :)

But the more i think about this the more i agree with wiseguy - even if he is just betting the lowest possible flush it is still higher than my two pair ... i think he is able to bluff about 1/3 of the time in this content, but the two more bets are just too expensive to make this nearly break-even play.
I can catch his bluff-caps with hands that are far more save than this one :)

bye bye,
georg
