Hero (SB): 23 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has J♦ T♦

fold, MP calls 1 BB, fold, BTN calls 1 BB, Hero calls 0.5 BB, BB checks

Flop: (4 BB, 4 players) A♦ 2♦ T♠
Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 8 BB, fold, MP calls 5 BB

Turn: (20 BB, 2 players) 7♦
Hero bets 14 BB and is all-in, MP calls 14 BB

River: (48 BB, 2 players) A♠

No info for opponent. How to approach there spots, I have second pair and FD, I think that oop is difficult to play the hand passively, especially when villain bets on the bigger side, c/r on flop seems the best option to me, given that there are many cards that can improve our hand - even if opponent holds an Ace.

I wouldn’t check/raise this hand on the flop multi way. This way you get only action of top pair or better. I would lead and if someone will raise I would stack off with the flush draw.

Your raising on Flop is way too big to consider folding later (about 35% of your remaining stack).
I feel you can play this hand differently by villain history (you don't have one).
However, i find it easier to just check/raise all-in with huge equity + fold equity rather calling 13% of my stack and wait for a mostly never-coming diamond which many also freeze the action and lost me value. Pot is still quite big after his Flop bet (around 30% of your stack)

With the stack dynamic there isn’t room for a check/raise in the first place.
Then is check/shoving indeed better, but that’s always tricky when everyone will check the flop.
