folding preflop saves the trouble. I don't know how wide his range exactly is. But given the fact, that he is playing 12 tables shows us, he does not think about his decisions too much. It is more like autopilot. The next thing is, the more tables a reg plays, the tighter his ranges will be, as he does not have enough time to think about every single decision. In my opinion his 3betting range might be JJ+ and maybe AJ+ or KQ. Im not pretty good in giving ranges, but I try. If his range really is like my guess, The pockets beat you, AJ beats you. AK and AQ hit a gutshot + overcards and KQ or KJ an OESD. So I don't think, he fold a lot until coming to river. This is a point that might be considered. Most of the time, he will barrel two times, making it expensive. Even iso the flop comes down with another high card, you have a tough spot.
As played, I agree in calling the Flop with TP + backdoors.
Turn: I also agree in your statement that the pool likes to bluff spots like this. He bets more then 0.5 potsize. And he is double barreling. We don't have any realistic draw anymore (except for the full house, that is pretty unlikely because of only four outs). Out top pair is quite good, but it is as well still kind of a false friend, since we are beaten by AJ and KJ.
My own experience is not a sample size, since I only played about 50k hands NL2 FR in the past months, I can hardly remember many multiple street bluff action by regs. In fact I don't remember any at all. Most of NL2 regs play pretty honest. They bluff on the flop placing their cbet, but they won't often double barrel.
