What would you do against the donk minbet? I dont want to give weaker draws a cheap turn card.

I always raise minidonkbet vs unknown.

It's common to see donks doing that play with air or draws or weak pairs. If villain calls or raise just put a note on him.

Our hand is not strong and we do not bother if we give free cards or not....

@nitrol, so you suggest a fold here against the 1BB? Call makes the situation just worse on the next streets imo

@ovatsuG21 I agree, I use notes way too rarely.

In zoom's game it's hard to get a note due tu the speed of it but some unusual plays makes the note very profitable even if you sit out for 30 seconds on the tables you win more with the note than 30 seconds of play.

I take notes when a regular or fish does a very non standart play by sitting out on all tables by next bb and then write the note pretty fast then go back to playing.
Trust me some notes are VERY VERY lucratives like an open shove. I always fold and watch when someone open shoves hoping for a call so i can estimate the maniac range and then see how far i can extend my calling range against his shove.

Raise only if you have something worth protecting (that is, you raise for value), or as a bluff. Draws are just a part of a donkers range. He'll sit on value and air as well.

The line of thought that goes as "I hate donkers, I raise" is bad and exploitable.
