I don’t know on with site you have registered for, but I recommend sending a ticket to our customer service and they will help you further. They can check for you what went wrong with the free money.

You need to scroll down and you find the option ‘Open a new ticket’ if you click on the + you can see this:
If you never have send a ticket before you need to click on the + of the ‘Write a ticket’ like here:
